Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By signing up to refer others to the masterclass (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview

This referral program is intended to spread the word about our free masterclass designed for ambitious women in corporate roles. As a participant, you’ll receive prizes and exclusive bonuses by inviting other women to register using your unique referral link.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 or older.

• No purchase is necessary to participate.

• Referrals must be women who are actively working in a corporate or professional environment. This program is not intended for students, entrepreneurs, or individuals outside traditional corporate roles.

• Referrals must be genuine, valid, and not self-registered using alternate accounts or false identities.

3. Referral Credits

• You’ll receive referral credit each time someone signs up for the masterclass using your unique link.

• Prizes are based on the number of qualified referrals and will only be distributed after the live masterclass concludes (on or near July 30, 2025—date subject to change).

• A “qualified referral” is someone who signs up through your link, is verified to meet eligibility, and attends the live masterclass.

4. Disqualification

We reserve the right to remove you from the program and forfeit prizes if:

• You use dishonest or spammy tactics (including fake signups or unsolicited messages).

• You misrepresent the event or use unapproved language (e.g., money guarantees, unverified claims).

• You violate any applicable advertising, email, or privacy laws.

• You refer individuals who clearly fall outside the scope of eligible participants.

5. Marketing Guidelines

You must:

• Use only approved messaging and visuals provided by us (unless otherwise agreed).

• Clearly disclose that you may receive free rewards for sharing.

You must not:

• Promise results (career, income, job outcomes).

• Use paid advertising with our name or likeness without written permission.

• Use language suggesting sponsorship or employment by Tiffany Uman or her brand.

6. Prizes & Payout

Prizes are not guaranteed and are subject to verification. All prizes will be fulfilled by email or digital delivery by August 15, 2025, unless otherwise communicated. You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your prize(s).

7. Program Updates

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time. You will be notified of major changes via email.
