The year is nearly over and it stretched me in ways I didn’t fully anticipate.

2025 was the biggest year I’ve had in my business, and also the one that asked the most of me.

Growth came with hard decisions, uncomfortable moments, and lessons I didn’t know I needed yet. Some days felt expansive and affirming. Others felt heavy, challenging and scary.

As we close out the year together, this edition is my 2025 unwrapped, a look at some of my proudest moments and reflections that proved again what's possible when we lead with a growth mindset.

And when I really zoom out, the most defining moments this year fell into 3 clear buckets: the choices that mattered most, the risks worth taking, and the growth that changed how I lead. So let's get into it!

1. Investing more into long-form content

The year started with a major pinch me moment. I was invited as a guest on The Nathan Barry Show, a goal that I had marked on my vision board a year prior. Nathan is someone I admire a lot and to have the chance to record this together was both humbling and exciting. This reminded me of the importance to make bold moves because you never know where they're going to land.

Shortly after, I launched my own YouTube channel and video podcast. It was a project I wanted to do for some time but also wanted to deliver at a high caliber without cutting corners. I interviewed incredible guests from companies like Walmart, Samsung, OpenAI, NVIDIA, Peloton, LinkedIn, and Microsoft to help you grow your career faster from those who've done it. Check them all out on my YouTube channel.

While the response was extremely positive, I felt a shift in what I wanted to deliver for you. About halfway through 2025, I was feeling called to go even deeper. My heart was pulling me towards providing more in-depth trainings and tutorials for you that I couldn't necessarily do on Instagram, LinkedIn or Tiktok. It's been so energizing putting these together for you and I can't wait to share more in 2026.

[Btw, got a topic you want me to cover in my upcoming videos? Just reply back to let me know.]

2025 was also the year that my LinkedIn Learning courses surpassed over 1 million learners 🤯 I was absolutely blown away and so thankful that my courses supported so many people around the world. If you've missed any of them, watch them here:

2. Going deep on live events

This year, I hosted over 25 live virtual events and our very first in-person career summit in NYC. This event wasn’t just about being in person (although that was something we knew would take things to the next level in our mission). It was about something even bigger. Bringing together ambitious women to step into their fullest potential by removing the roadblocks standing in their way.

It’s extremely rare to find a safe space where we can exchange honestly, openly and in a way that lifts each other up to bring out your best. Putting this event together was a labor of love and one that came out with a 95% NPS score! I couldn't be more proud of my team for bringing it to life. A special shout out to our unbelievable guest speakers and all 50 amazing women who joined us there ❤️️

Although we haven't finalized the locations for our next events, I can confidently say this is a direction I couldn't be more excited about. Being physically surrounded by the right support system, energy and strategy makes the magic happen. Stay tuned!

3. Growing and elevating my team

This year, I worked closely with my COO to upgrade our systems, processes, team composition and more to be best in class at what we do.

As the business grew, I also wanted to deepen our client delivery experience. That's why I intentionally invested in growing a smaller, sharper, more senior core team, one designed to deliver a more thoughtful, daily high-touch experience for every woman we support. More care. More presence. More 1:1 coaching.

That decision also led me to bring 2 exceptional female leaders into our delivery team, women whose leadership I deeply respect and whose standards mirror my own.

Tricia Dallahan, former VP of Product and Chief of Staff at Walmart Global Tech, brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, executive judgment, and calm authority. She knows how real decisions get made at the highest levels and how to help others operate there with confidence.

Angela Ying, VP of Business Operations at NVIDIA, has exclusively joined my program as well to support our clients every single month. Having been with NVIDIA for over 25 years, growing it to a $4 trillion dollar company, and in the inner circle of Jensen Huang, she brings an equally powerful lens of operational excellence, scale, and precision paired with deep empathy for the human side of leadership and growth.

Bringing Tricia and Angela into this work wasn’t about credentials. It was about alignment and raising the bar for what our clients experience when they’re supported by women who have been in the rooms they want to enter.

This was also a record-breaking year for our client results.

We've now supported over 1,150 women in their careers and secured millions in raises for them. Our clients achieved new $150K-$400K+ roles and promotions in less than 8 weeks of working together, and we continue to hold a 92% renewal rate within our client community.

This didn't happen by accident. It's a function of my proven system to guarantee your success.

In that spirit, I wanted to share this heartwarming message I received from one of our newest clients as I think it sums up beautifully why we do what we do!

So what's next?

As I look ahead to 2026, what feels most exciting isn’t more, it’s clearer.

Clearer about the kind of work I want to do.
Clearer about how I want women to feel when they’re supported here.
Clearer about the level of depth, care, and transformation we’re committed to delivering.

The next chapter is about continuing to go deeper in how we coach, how we show up, and how we create spaces where women don’t just learn strategies, but step fully into their next level with conviction.

You’ll see more intentional long-form content. More intimate live experiences. More access to senior-level thinking and real-world leadership perspectives. And an even stronger focus on helping you move faster, with more confidence and less second-guessing.

More soon ❤️
